When handling bulk product on incline applications, cleats are often utilized. They come in a variety of materials and colors; PVC, urethane, rubber and polyester are the most common types. White, blue, green and black are the most common colors. Cleat heights can vary from 1” to 6”+ and can be cut to any custom size between or less than an inch tall. There are different types and shapes as well, including; T-Cleats, Beefy style cleats, Notched, Perforated, Scoop, Fabric Reinforced, Gusset and bolt on types. Special configurations are possible.
Cleats are added to the belt surface by various bonding techniques; (HF) High Frequency welded, Adhesive based heat welded and cold bonded. We have materials available for FDA and non-FDA applications. Just tell us what you are handling and we’ll determine the best configuration to meet your needs!
